How can I use my door remote?

Can I replace my door windows?

Do I need a lock for my garage door?

Since most residential garage doors operate with an automatic garage door opener, it isn’t necessary to place a lock on your door. Openers have a remote control to open and close your garage doors. It automatically locks your door once closed.

Why does my door reverse direction when I try to close it?

Although it may not be obvious, the usual reason this happens is that there is an an obstruction in the path of the door. To resolve the problem, check the path of the door and make sure nothing is in its path of travel. If the problem persists, there may be other factors involved and you should call our office to have a trained technician take a look.
